Common use of Reliability Clause in Contracts

Reliability. For purposes of Substantive Rule 25.52, system average interruption duration index (“SAIDI”) and system average interruption frequency index (“XXXXX”) standards should be calculated for Oncor’s current service area based on Oncor’s forced interruption performance for years 2014, 2015, and 2016. These standards should go into effect starting with the calendar year 2018.
