Common use of Release Required Clause in Contracts

Release Required. You will not be entitled to receive the payment set forth in Section 4.2(a) and, if applicable, Section 8, unless you execute, at least seven days before the date payment is due to be made, and do not revoke, a release in the form of Exhibit B in favor of the Company, Primo and related parties of all claims or liabilities of any kind relating to your employment with the Company and the termination of such employment (the “Release”).
