Common use of Release on Payment in Full Clause in Contracts

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage Pledge Agreement on the Property not theretofore releasedCollateral.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the each Individual Property not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore releasedPledge Agreement.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage Pledge Agreement on the Property Collateral not theretofore releasedreleased and remit any remaining Reserve Funds to Borrower.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreementthereof, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property Mortgages if not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Release on Payment in Full. Upon payment in full of the Debt in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, Lender shall, upon the written request and at the sole cost and expense (including Lender’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements) of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property each Individual Property, in each case not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on Pledge Agreement or the Property Collateral not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the each Individual Property not theretofore releasedreleased or assign the Mortgage, pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to Lender without recourse to or representation or warranty by Lender.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, and upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the each Individual Property not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on Pledge Agreement or the Property Collateral not theretofore releasedreleased and remit any remaining Reserve Funds to Borrower if the Loan has been paid in full.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the each Individual Property not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents Documents, including, without limitation, the Exit Fee, in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, (i) release the Lien of the Mortgage Pledge Agreements and any other Loan Documents on the Property not theretofore releasedCollateral, and (ii) terminate the other Loan Documents.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore releasedProperty.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of BorrowerBorrowers, upon (a) payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms thereof and provisions (b) termination of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreementthe Commitment, release the Lien Properties from the Liens of the Mortgage on Mortgages and the Property other Loan Documents if not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and accrued interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore releasedMortgage.

Release on Payment in Full. (b) . Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore releasedProperty.

Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien Liens of the Mortgage on the Property Mortgages (and related Loan Documents) not theretofore released.. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of BorrowerBorrowers, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the each Individual Property not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan AgreementDocuments, release the Lien of the Mortgage on Mortgage. Borrower shall pay all costs, taxes and expenses associated with the Property not theretofore releasedrelease of the Lien of the Mortgage, including Lender’s reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage Security Instrument on the Property not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of BorrowerBorrowers, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore releasedMortgage.

Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, and upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the second sentence of Section 2.5.2 above, release the Lien of the Mortgage Security Instrument on the Property not theretofore releasedProperty.

Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 23.1 of this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage Mortgages on the Property Properties not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of BorrowerBorrowers, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreementthereof, release the Lien Properties from the Liens of the Mortgage on Mortgages and the Property other Loan Documents if not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, (i) release the Lien of the Mortgage Pledge Agreements and the Mortgages on the Property not theretofore releasedCollateral, and (ii) terminate the other Loan Documents.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien Liens of the Mortgage on the Property Mortgages not theretofore released.
