Release of Source Code. In the event that any Source Code deposited pursuant to Clause 9.6 is released in accordance with the applicable escrow terms, the Contractor shall ensure that the licence referred to in Clause 8.7 (Third Party IP) shall include all IP subsisting in such Source Code.
