Release of Liability. I hereby RELEASE REI, its employees, agents, officers, and contractors, the providers of any equipment used in the Activities, land owners, municipal or governmental providers of use permits, and their respective employees, officers, and directors (“the Released Parties”) FROM ALL LIABILITIES, CAUSES OF ACTION, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS that arise in any way from any injury, illness, death, loss or harm that occur to me or to any other person or to any property during the Activities or in any way related to the Activities, including during transportation to or from the Activities. This RELEASE release is intended to be as broad as permissible under applicable law. It includes claims for the negligence of the Released Parties and claims for strict liability for abnormally dangerous activities. This RELEASE release does not extend to claims for intentional, reckless, or wanton conduct or gross negligence, or any other liabilities that Washington Maryland law does not permit to be released excluded by Agreementagreement. This RELEASE release includes claims for based upon the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties and claims for strict liability for abnormally dangerous activities. This RELEASE release does not extend to claims for gross negligence, intentional or reckless misconduct, or any other liabilities that Washington Oregon law does not permit to be released excluded by Agreementagreement. I hereby RELEASE REIXXXXXXX XXXXX UNIVERISTY AND ITS LRP, its employees, agents, officers, and contractors, the providers of any equipment used in the Activities, land owners, municipal or governmental providers of use permits, and their respective employees, officers, and directors (“collectively, the "Released Parties”") FROM ALL LIABILITIES, CAUSES OF ACTION, CLAIMS CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS that arise in any way from any injury, illness, death, loss loss, or harm that occur to me or to any other person or to any property during my visit or occupation of the Activities or LRP facilities, properties, and/or participation in any way related to the ActivitiesLRP activities, including including, without limitation, during transportation to or from the ActivitiesLRP. This RELEASE release includes claims for the negligence of the Released Parties and claims for strict liability for abnormally dangerous activities. This RELEASE release does not extend to claims for gross negligence or intentional or reckless misconduct, to the extent that Washington Utah law does not permit liability for such actions to be released by Agreementagreement. I also agree NOT TO XXX not to sue or make a claim against the Released Parties for death, injuries, loss loss, or harm that occur during my visit or occupation of the Activities or are related LRP premises, properties, and/or participation in any way to the ActivitiesLRP activities.

This RELEASE includes claims for the negligence of the Released Parties and claims for strict liability for abnormally dangerous activities.
