Release of Documents/Control By Agents. (a) The Custodian and Collateral Administrator, as applicable, shall release and ship for delivery, or direct its agents or sub-custodians to release and ship for delivery, as the case may be, Collateral Loan Files of the Borrower held by the Custodian, the Collateral Administrator or their respective agents or its sub-custodians from time to time upon receipt of Proper Instructions (specifying, among other things, the Collateral Loans and Collateral Loan Files to be released and delivery instructions and other information as may be necessary to enable the Custodian or the Collateral Administrator, as applicable, to release and ship such Collateral Loan Files), which may be standing instructions (in a form acceptable to the Custodian or the Collateral Administrator, as applicable) in accordance with this Agreement.
