Release of Documents/Control By Agents. (a) The Custodian shall release and ship for delivery, or direct its agents or sub-custodians to release and ship for delivery, as the case may be, Loan Files of the Borrower held by the Custodian, its agents or its sub-custodians from time to time upon receipt of Proper Instructions (specifying, among other things, the Collateral Loans and Loan Files to be released and delivery instructions and other information as may be necessary to enable the Custodian to release and ship such Loan Files), which may be standing instructions (in a form acceptable to the Custodian) in accordance with this Agreement.
