Release After Assignment. In the event that the sale or other conveyance of all or a portion of the Property has been deemed to be compliant with this Agreement, the transferring Owner shall be released from any further obligations with respect to the Property being transferred, and the transferee shall, under this Agreement, be considered to be a substitute for the Owner for the Property transferred.
