Related Document Amendments. Neither WEST nor any other Person in the Serviced Group shall amend, without the prior consent of the Servicer in each instance, any Related Document in such a manner that would increase in any respect the scope, nature or level of the Services to be provided under this Agreement nor change the Standard of Liability without the Servicer’s prior written consent, which consent may be conditioned upon, among other things, a proper adjustment in the compensation payable to the Servicer in order to take into account the increased Services to be provided by the Servicer.
