Common use of Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Expenses; Vacation. The Employee shall be reimbursed for all normal items of travel, entertainment and miscellaneous business expenses reasonably incurred by the Employee on behalf of the Employer, provided that such expenses are documented and submitted in accordance with the reimbursement policies of the Employer as in effect from time to time. The Employee shall be entitled to vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Employer’s vacation, holidays and other pay for time not worked policies

The Employee shall be entitled to vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Employer’s vacation, holidays and other pay for time not worked applicable leave policies.
