Common use of Reimbursement of Cost of Audit Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Cost of Audit. If any such examination reveals that the Licensee has underpaid or underreported any amount due under this Agreement to UABRF by more than [*****] for any calendar quarter examined, the Licensee shall immediately reimburse UABRF the full costs and expenses incurred by it with respect to the audit.
