Common use of Reimbursement of Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. Employee is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall promptly reimburse him for all such reasonable business expenses incurred in connection with carrying out the business of the Company, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s policy, as in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. Employee is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement Agreement, and the Company shall promptly reimburse him Employee for all such reasonable business expenses incurred in connection with carrying out the business of the Companyexpenses, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s written Company policy, as in effect from time to time.

During the Term of Employment Employee is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out his Employee’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall promptly reimburse him Employee for all such reasonable business expenses incurred in connection with carrying out the business of the Company, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s policypolicies, as in effect from time to time.

Consistent with policies and procedures established by the Company from time to time as applicable to similarly situated persons, Employee is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out his or her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall promptly reimburse him or her for all such reasonable business appropriate expenses incurred in connection with carrying out the business of the Company, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s policy, as in effect from time to time.
