Reimbursement for Costs and Expenses. The Partners will fix the amounts, if any, by which the Partnership will reimburse each Partner for all costs and expenses incurred by such Partner on behalf and for the benefit of the Partnership; provided, however, that no overhead or general administrative expenses of anyone other than the Partnership itself shall be allocated to the operation of the Partnership, and no salaries, fees, commissions or other compensations shall be paid by the Partnership to any Partner or to any officer, employee or affiliate of any Partner for any services rendered to the Partnership except as may be expressly provided herein or by other written agreement.
