Common use of Reimbursable Service Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursable Service Expenses. i. NSU shall provide, as required for each Event, the following services (the “Services”), the expenditures for which are reimbursable by Licensee to NSU (the “Reimbursable Service Expenses”): ticket takers, ushers, supervisors, and receptionists, operations, supervisors; food and beverage services; security personnel; utilities, including electricity, gas, lighting, water, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, hot and cold water facilities, and waste removal services; electricians and mechanical plant staff; custodial services; and special facilities, equipment and materials, or extra services furnished by NSU at the request of Licensee which are set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Reimbursable Service Expenses. i. (i) If applicable, NSU shall provide, as required for each Event, the following services (the “Services”), the expenditures for which are reimbursable by Licensee to NSU (the “Reimbursable Service Expenses”): ) that are in addition to those set forth on Exhibit E and may include but not be limited to ticket takers, ushers, supervisors, and receptionists, operations, supervisors; food and beverage services; security personnel; utilities, including electricity, gas, lighting, water, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, hot and cold water facilities, and waste removal services; electricians and mechanical plant staff; custodial services; and special facilities, equipment and materials, or extra services furnished by NSU at the request of Licensee which are set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof.
