Rehire of Retired Teacher. In the event the Board hires or rehires a teacher who has retired and is receiving benefits from a public retirement system, the following provisions will apply. These provisions expressly supersede all relevant provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, including but not limited to §§3319.08, 3319.11 and 3319.111 and all other applicable Ohio statutes.
