Common use of Regulatory or Policy Changes Clause in Contracts

Regulatory or Policy Changes. BCBSM may unilaterally amend this Agreement or its policies and procedures at any time to comply with changes in regulatory and policy requirements affecting BCBSM and/or Provider related to BCBSM’s MA PPO Program by providing written or electronic notice of any such amendment to Provider along with the effective date of the amendment. Electronic notice shall include, but not be limited to, publication on web-DENIS. Written notice may include publication in The Record. BCBSM shall use its best efforts to provide such written notice to Provider at least thirty (30) days in advance of the effective date of the amendment. Unless otherwise required by federal or state regulatory authorities, the signature of Provider shall not be required for any such amendment.
