Common use of Regular Review Clause in Contracts

Regular Review. The Board agrees to review job descriptions to ensure that an accurate 8 reflection of performance expectations is maintained. The SPALC Labor/Management 9 Committee, as defined in Article 13.01(1), will review proposed changes in job 10 descriptions prior to placement of these proposed changes on the School Board agenda.
