Common use of Regular Review Clause in Contracts

Regular Review. The District agrees to review job descriptions to ensure that an accurate 22 reflection of performance expectations is maintained. The TALC Labor/Management 23 Committee will review proposed changes in job descriptions prior to placement of these 24 proposed changes on the Board agenda. The TALC Labor/Management Committee will 25 recommend job groups for consideration in the establishment of career advancement paths.
