Common use of Regular Positions Clause in Contracts

Regular Positions. It is agreed that the Union’s obligation to supply sufficient competent journeymen to fill regular positions under Section 2, paragraph 2 includes the obligation to supply regulars and substitutes. This will not be taken to interfere with the Company’s right to fill a regular journeyman pressmen position with apprentice or substitute in accordance with Section 2, paragraph 3.
