Common use of Regular Midnight Shift Clause in Contracts

Regular Midnight Shift. Employees who work a regular shift between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall have their salary increased by six percent, effective at the start of the next period following such assignment, and shall receive such pay for the duration of the assignment. Regular Afternoon Shift - - Employees who work a regular afternoon shift shall have their salary increased by four percent (4%), effective on the first day of such assignment, and shall receive the four percent (4%) increase for the duration of the assignment.
