Regular Inspections. The DB Contractor shall be responsible for inspection of portions of construction Work already performed to determine that such portions are in proper condition to receive subsequent Work. The DB Contractor shall make frequent inspections of the construction Work and shall promptly correct any deficient or defective Work as provided in Article 15 (Uncovering and Correction of Work).
