Regular Deduction. Pursuant to a deduction authorization, the Board shall deduct monthly one-tenth (1/10) of the total dues from the regular salary check of the employee beginning in September and ending in June of each year. All employees who participate in dues deduction agree to use the same deduction plan which shall be filed with the Board Secretary not later than September 10 of each year. The Board shall not be required to deduct special assessments or any political action committee dues.
