Regular City Contribution. After the initial contribution (defined above) is made, the City shall contribute for each eligible full time employee $100.00 per month for a full time employee, this equates to a maximum of $1,200 per year after the initial eligibility period is met. Employees in regular positions budgeted less than eighty (80) hours per pay period or job-shared positions, shall receive a pro- rated amount per month. Employees hired on or after January 1, 2011 and subject to this defined contribution plan shall not be eligible for any sick leave conversion towards retiree medical premiums of any sort. The City’s contribution under this section represents the entire contribution towards employee retiree medical.
