Common use of Registry Services Clause in Contracts

Registry Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary other than Section 3(c), the parties agree that Xxx.xxx and/or Xxx.xxx's contractor(s) shall be the exclusive operator(s) and providers of Registry Technologies, and that neither Company nor any third party hired by Company shall operate, or provide any services with respect to, any registry of the Recognized Domain Names other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement. Xxx.xxx shall provide a service level in its provision of services related to the Recognized Registry that is no worse than the service level generally achieved in its provision of services related to other Xxx.xxx Domain Name registries. Xxx.xxx shall provide to Company a daily update of the registrant information in the Recognized Registry.
