Common use of Registration of Vessel Clause in Contracts

Registration of Vessel. (a) The Borrower will keep the Vessel registered in its name under the laws of an Approved Flag, and shall not permit its registration under any other flag or at any other port without the prior written consent of the Lender, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
