Common use of Registration of Notes Clause in Contracts

Registration of Notes. Each Purchaser and each subsequent holder of the Notes severally acknowledges and agrees that any Notes received in connection with this Agreement will bear the legend set forth on Exhibit 13.1. The Company or its agent on the Company’s behalf shall keep at its principal executive office a register for the registration and registration of transfers of Notes. The name and address of each holder of one or more Notes, each transfer thereof and the name and address of each transferee of one or more Notes shall be registered in such register.
