Common use of Registration of Notes Clause in Contracts

Registration of Notes. The Company will cause to be kept at its office, maintained pursuant to Section 6.3, a register for the registration and transfer of Notes. The name and address of each holder of one or more Notes, each transfer thereof and the name and address of each transferee of one or more Notes shall be registered in the register. The Person in whose name any Note shall be registered shall be deemed and treated as the owner and holder thereof for all purposes hereof.

Registration of Notes. The Company will cause to be kept keep at its office, maintained pursuant to Section 6.33.3, a register for the registration and transfer of Notes.
