Common use of Registrants Clause in Contracts

Registrants. 17. By registering, the organisations and individuals concerned: - agree that the information which they provide shall be public; - agree to act in compliance with the code of conduct; where relevant, provide the text of any professional code of conduct to which they are bound; - guarantee that the information provided is correct; - accept that any complaint against them will be handled based upon the rules in the code of conduct underpinning this register; - agree to be subject to any measures to be applied in case of breach of the code of conduct and acknowledge that the measures foreseen in Annex 4 could be applied to them in case of a non-compliance with the rules of the code of conduct; - note that the European Commission or European Parliament may, upon request and subject to the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on access to documents, have to disclose correspondence and other documents concerning the activities of registered entities.
