Registered Holders. The person in whose name this Debenture shall be registered shall be deemed and regarded as the owner and holder hereof for all purposes, and the payment to and/or receipt of any Holder for any Indebtedness shall be a good discharge of the Company for the same, and the Company shall not be bound to enter in the register notice of any trust or to enquire into the title of any Holder or to recognize any trust or equity affecting the title hereof save as ordered by some court of competent jurisdiction or as required by statute.
