Records to be Maintained The Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Agreement. Such records shall include but not be limited to:

Leave for Union Office Upon request of the Union's President, the Employer will grant leaves of absence without pay to bargaining unit employees who serve as Union representatives or officers for up to one- hundred twenty (120) days, if it is consistent with operational needs.
