Regarding Construction. The Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Agent all instruments, documents, boundary surveys, footing or foundation surveys, certificates, plans and specifications, title and other insurance, reports and agreements and each and every other document and instrument required to be furnished by the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, all at the Borrower's expense.
