Common use of Regarding Construction Clause in Contracts

Regarding Construction. Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to Agent and Lenders all instruments, documents, boundary surveys, footing or foundation surveys, certificates, plans and specifications, title and other insurance, reports and agreements and each and every other document and instrument required to be furnished by the terms this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, all at Borrower's expense.

Regarding Construction. The Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to Agent and Lenders the Lender all instruments, instruments­ documents, boundary surveys, footing or foundation surveys, certificates, plans and specifications, title and other insuranceinsur­ance, reports and agreements and each and every other document and instrument required to be furnished by the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, all at the Borrower's expense.

Regarding Construction. The Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to Agent the Issuer, the Trustee and Lenders the Servicer all instruments, documents, boundary surveys, footing or foundation surveys, certificates, plans and specifications, title and other insurance, reports and agreements and each and every other document and instrument required to be furnished by the terms of this Loan Agreement or the other Loan Documents, all at the Borrower's ’s expense.

Regarding Construction. The Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to Agent and Lenders the Lender all instruments, documents, boundary surveys, footing or foundation surveys, certificates, plans and specifications, title and other insurance, reports and agreements and each and every other document and instrument required to be furnished by the terms of this Agreement or Agreement, the other Loan DocumentsDocuments or the Key Lease, all at the Borrower's expense.
