Common use of Refuse Collection Clause in Contracts

Refuse Collection. Remove refuse and recycling from all eligible residences within the District boundaries in compliance with the San Diego Municipal Code. Remove trash from street litter refuse containers, as identified in collaboration with the Contractor, in the public right-of- way, in compliance with the San Diego Municipal Code and pursuant to a schedule provided to the Contractor but not less frequently than weekly within the District boundaries. The City will work with the Contractor to coordinate the City's regular street litter collection with the enhanced services provided by the Contractor.
