Refuse Collection Rates. 1. All refuse collection services provided each residential customer from single- family through four-plexes shall be charged at the following monthly rates: Taxable Non- Taxable Total 30-gallon – senior $7.60 $1.90 $9.50 30-gallon 7.75 1.95 9.70 60-gallon 11.40 2.85 14.25 90-gallon 15.50 3.90 19.40 2. All amounts due hereunder shall be payable to the City on the fifth (5th) day of the month following the month in which the statement is presented. A penalty of ten (10%) percent shall be added to all bills not paid by the date fixed for final payment and garbage and refuse service may be stopped without notice. 3.
