REFUSE AND HAZARDOUS WASTE. Xxxxxx agrees to comply with all Federal, State, County and Municipal Laws, rules, regulations and ordinances relating to the storage of hazardous wastes and the disposal of refuse (garbage), including, but not limited to, the recycling of newspapers, glass, aluminum and plastics. Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from and against any liability in connection with the violation of this provision which sums shall be considered additional rent. Tenant shall dispose of any refuse, garbage, debris, etc. promptly placing any such materials in disposal dumpsters provided by the Landlord within the apartment complex. (See Rules and Regulations)
