Common use of Refusal to Submit to Testing Clause in Contracts

Refusal to Submit to Testing. The Sheriff requires a consent form to be signed by the individual prior to testing. Any employee who refuses to sign or submit to testing will be questioned as to the reason(s) for refusal. Unless there is a valid reason for refusal, the employee will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
