Refusal to Submit to Testing. An employee's refusal to submit to a test when directed will be treated the same as a positive and will be immediately placed on leave. Failure or refusal to submit to such tests as directed includes the failure to proceed directly to the testing facility as directed, failure to provide an adequate amount of urine for testing, or failure to complete all of the necessary paperwork. Additionally, notwithstanding any other provision of this policy, such employee may be subject to serious disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
