Refund Upon Termination. In the event of termination by TrustOnCloud for non-performance by you or convenience by you, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees that you have paid to TrustOnCloud. In the event of termination by you for non-performance by TrustOnCloud or convenience by TrustOnCloud, you will be entitled to a prorated refund of any fees paid thereunder that cover the remainder of the applicable Subscription Term(s) after the effective date of termination.
