References to Persons Exclusive. References in such specified agreement to “Affiliates” or “Subsidiaries” of a specified Person refer to, and include, only other Persons which from time to time constitute “Affiliates” or “Subsidiaries,” as the case might be, of such specified Person, and do not include, at any particular time, other Persons that might have been, but at such time have ceased to be, “Affiliates,” or “Subsidiaries,” as the case might be, of such specified Person, except to the extent that any such reference specifically provides otherwise. A reference in such specified Agreement to a Member or other Person, in and of itself, does not, and will not be deemed to, refer to or include any other Person having an interest in a Member or other Person (such as, without limitation, any stockholder or member of or partner in a Member, or other Person).
