References to Articles, Sections and Exhibits. All references to article, section and paragraph numbers contained in this Agreement shall mean the article, section or paragraph of such number contained in this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided therein. All references herein to an Exhibit shall mean such exhibit attached to this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided herein.
