Reference Specifications Sample Clauses
The Reference Specifications clause defines the set of technical standards, guidelines, or documents that are incorporated into the contract and must be followed during the execution of the work. This clause typically lists specific industry standards, codes, or manufacturer instructions that apply to materials, workmanship, or processes. By clearly identifying which specifications are authoritative, the clause ensures consistency in quality and performance, and helps prevent disputes over which standards should govern the project.
