The Reference Library clause establishes a collection of documents, standards, or resources that are incorporated by reference into the agreement. In practice, this clause specifies where parties can access these materials, such as technical specifications, industry standards, or procedural manuals, which are essential for interpreting or fulfilling contractual obligations. Its core function is to ensure all parties have a clear, consistent understanding of external materials that impact the contract, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over referenced content.
Reference Library. The Board and Association mutually recognize the importance of continuous use of teaching reference material in maintaining a high level of professional performance. In furtherance of that recognition, the Board shall strive to provide a teacher reference library in each school in the district and include texts which are reasonably requested by members of that school.
