REFERENCE DOCUMENT. This term shall mean the reinsurance agreement between the Reinsurer and National Indemnity Company to cover discontinued operations and other exposures of the Company and the Reinsurer signed and dated on March 15, 2001 and attached hereto as Attachment A.
