Reduction in Salary. An appointing authority may reduce the salary of an employee, for disciplinary reasons, provided that such reduction shall be to a step within the salary range of the classification of the position held by the employee. An employee so reduced in salary shall retain his/her anniversary date but shall not be eligible for advancement to a higher step in the salary range of his/her job classification for a period of six (6) months from the date such reduction in salary became effective.
Reduction in Salary. 1. No teacher on staff shall incur a reduction in salary by the adoption of this agreement.
Reduction in Salary. When a reduction in salary would result from a revision to the salary schedules, the faculty member’s salary shall be maintained at the faculty member’s current level of compensation until the next applicable advancement on the salary schedule.

Executive’s Base Salary is materially reduced from any prior year unless such reduction is (i) a temporary reduction for a period of no more than twelve (12) months, (ii) of no more than ten percent (10%) of Base Salary, (iii) not in the context of a Change in Control, and (iv) applicable to the Chief Executive Officer and all executives reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company;
Reduction in Salary. If the arbitrator finds that the reduction in salary was not appropriate, he/she shall determine the appropriate remedy.

Reduction in Salary. The employee is placed at a lower salary step within the current salary range as a result of disciplinary action.
Reduction in Salary. A Department Head may reduce the salary of an employee for disciplinary reasons, provided that such reduction shall be to a step or percentage within the salary range of the Classification held by the employee. A new Anniversary date (for purpose of salary increases only) shall be established as of the effective date of the reduction in salary, unless the reduction is for a specified period of time, in which case the Anniversary date would not change, or unless otherwise recommended by the Department Head. Reductions in salary of Full-Time Employees who have completed their Probationary Period are subject to Discipline Procedures and the right to Appeal.
