Reduced Work Arrangements. a. Interested full time Administrative and Non-Field Professional employees, except Attorneys, may volunteer to enter a reduced work arrangement which reduces their work schedule/load by up to thirty (30) percent. Reduced work arrangements shall be established for a definite term and shall not be terminated absent thirty (30) days notice by any party.
