Common use of Recycling Regulations Clause in Contracts

Recycling Regulations. Tenant shall comply with all orders, requirements and conditions now or hereafter imposed by any ordinances, laws, orders and/or regulations (hereinafter collectively called "regulations") of any governmental body having jurisdiction over the Premises or the Building, whether required of Landlord or otherwise, regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of waste products, garbage, refuse and trash (hereinafter collectively called "waste products") including but not limited to the separation of such waste products into receptacles reasonably approved by Landlord and the removal of such receptacles in accordance with any collection schedules prescribed by such regulations. Landlord shall, in its activities within the Building and its provision of services hereunder, comply (or cause its agents and contractors to comply) with the foregoing regulations (the cost of which shall be included within "Operating Costs" under Section 9.5 of this Lease. Landlord reserves the right (a) to refuse to accept from Tenant any waste products that are not prepared for collection in accordance with any such regulations, and (b) to require Tenant to pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's failure to comply with any such regulations.

Landlord reserves the right (a) to refuse obligated to accept from Tenant any waste products that are not prepared for collection in accordance with any such regulations, and (b) to require Tenant to shall be responsible for, and shall pay in a timely fashion, all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's failure to comply with any such regulations.

Landlord reserves the right (a) to refuse to accept from Tenant any waste products that are not prepared for collection in accordance with any such regulations, (b) to require Tenant to arrange for waste product collection at Tenant's sole cost and expense, using a contractor reasonably satisfactory to Landlord, and (bc) to require Tenant to pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's failure to comply with any such regulations.
