Common use of Recycling Regulations Clause in Contracts

Recycling Regulations. As a part of the services provided by Landlord hereunder Landlord shall provide receptacles and containers as necessary for Tenant to comply with all orders, requirements and conditions now or hereafter imposed by any ordinances, laws, orders and/or regulations (hereinafter collectively called "regulations") of any governmental body having jurisdiction over the Premises or the Buildings regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of waste products, garbage, refuse and trash (hereinafter collectively called "waste products") and Landlord shall cooperate generally with Tenant in such efforts including but not limited to Tenant's separation of such waste products into receptacles provided by Landlord and the removal of such receptacles in accordance with any collection schedules prescribed by such regulations. Landlord shall provide Tenant with waste dumpsters, recycling bins and a box crusher in locations on the Land to be designated by Tenant and reasonably acceptable to Landlord, so as to enable Tenant to comply with the foregoing.

Recycling Regulations. As a part of the services provided by Landlord hereunder Landlord shall provide receptacles and containers as reasonably necessary for Tenant to comply with all orders, requirements and conditions now or hereafter imposed by any ordinances, laws, orders and/or regulations (hereinafter collectively called "regulations") of any governmental body having jurisdiction over the Premises or the Buildings Building regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of waste products, garbage, refuse and trash (hereinafter collectively called "waste products") and Landlord shall cooperate generally with Tenant in such efforts including but not limited to Tenant's ’s separation of such waste products into receptacles provided by Landlord and the removal of such receptacles in accordance with any collection schedules prescribed by such regulations. Landlord shall provide Tenant with waste dumpsters, dumpsters and recycling bins and a box crusher in locations on the Land to be designated by Tenant as part of the initial design of the Building and reasonably acceptable to Landlord, Property so as to enable Tenant to comply with the foregoing. All costs associated with the provision of any items by Landlord under this Section 5.4 shall constitute an Operating Cost hereunder.

Recycling Regulations. As a part of the services provided by Landlord hereunder Landlord Tenant shall provide receptacles comply, at its sole cost and containers as necessary for Tenant to comply expense, with all orders, orders requirements and conditions now or hereafter imposed by any ordinances, laws, orders and/or regulations (hereinafter collectively called "regulations") of any governmental body having jurisdiction over the Premises or the Buildings Building, whether required of Landlord or otherwise, regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of waste products, garbage, refuse and trash (hereinafter collectively called "waste products") and Landlord shall cooperate generally with Tenant in such efforts including but not limited to Tenant's the separation of such waste products into receptacles provided by Landlord and the removal of such receptacles in accordance with any collection schedules prescribed by such regulations. Landlord shall provide reserves the right (a) to refuse to accept from Tenant any waste products that are not prepared for collection in accordance with waste dumpstersany such regulations and (b) to require Tenant to pay all costs, recycling bins and a box crusher in locations expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on the Land to be designated Landlord or Tenant by Tenant and reasonably acceptable to Landlord, so as to enable Tenant reason of Tenant's failure to comply with the foregoingany such regulations.
