Recycling Charge. SCE shall pay to Contractor a per-unit Recycling Charge for the number of units collected pursuant to this Agreement at the price or prices set forth in Section 8.3 below. The Recycling Charge covers the scope of work described in Section 4, including CFC-11 Recovery and excluding incentive purchasing and financing services.
