Recyclables. The current list of household recyclables as established through guidelines released under the authority of the City’s Administrator and such other materials as the parties may mutually agree to in writing.
Recyclables. For the purpose of this Agreement, Recyclables shall include the following: clear, green, and brown glass, newspaper, white paper, corrugated cardboard, magazines, glossy paper, mixed paper, boxboard, clear and colored HDPE plastic, XXXX plastic, tin and aluminum containers, waste oil.
Recyclables. Those materials designed in this Agreement or City Legislation for 295 Collection and Recycling under this Agreement which are segregated from Solid Waste by the 296 Customer at the source of generation and set out for Collection. Recyclables include those 297 materials defined by the CITY, including newsprint (including inserts, coupons and store 298 advertisements); mixed paper (including magazines, catalogs, envelopes, junk mail, corrugated 299 cardboard, xxxxx bags and paper, paperboard, paper egg cartons, office ledger paper, legal 300 pad backing, shoeboxes and telephone books); glass containers, (including xxxxx, clear and 301 green glass bottles and jars) ; aluminum, (including beverage containers and foil products); 302 small scrap and cast aluminum (not exceeding ten (10) pounds in weight nor two (2) feet in any 303 dimension for any single item); steel including ”tin” cans, aerosol cans (empty, non-toxic 304 products) and small scrap (not exceeding ten (10) pounds in weight nor two (2) feet in any 305 dimension for any single item); bimetal containers; all rigid food packaging plastics of resin type 306 #1 or #5 and narrow-neck plastic bottles of resin type #2; dry cell household batteries when 307 placed in a sealed clear heavy-duty bag and set out for Collection in the manner prescribed 308 herein; and those materials added by the CONTRACTOR or CITY from time to time.
Recyclables. Recycling carts will be provided by Contractor for the collection of recyclable materials. The carts will be made available to each household and shall be identified as the City approved container for the recyclables collection program. Collection of recyclables may also be made from recycling bins, rigid containers, Kraft paper or plastic grocery bags, provided that: 1) containers and bags are of sufficient wet strength to retain original shape until contents are placed in Contractor's vehicle, and 2) the approved container is on the parkway.

Recyclables. Ownership of recyclables becomes the property of the party designated in a Service Contract, or if the Service Contract does not make provision, ownership is determined under law.
Recyclables. Recyclable Materials shall be collected during the term of this Agreement on the same day as the SWANCC System Waste and Landscape Waste is collected from the household. Recyclable Materials do not need to be segregated. The Contractor shall deliver all Recyclable Materials to Groot’s recycling facility in Elk Grove Village, IL and the Village shall be entitled to revenue from the SWANCC Recycling Incentive Program. In addition, the Contractor shall not be liable for any tipping fee or cost of processing Recyclable Materials collected under this Section. Upon the mutual agreement of the Contractor and the Village, additional materials may be added to the list of Recyclable Materials set forth in Article I. The Contractor, as agent for the Village, shall have a contractual obligation to ensure that all Recyclable Materials collected are properly processed and marketed. No collected Recyclable Materials shall be land-filled or incinerated, unless advance authorization to do so is given in writing by the corporate authorities of the Village. The Contractor shall be required to implement a sticker system for any materials placed in recycling containers that are not collected. The sticker should identify why such materials were no collected as Recyclable Materials. The Contractor shall provide once per week collection of Recyclable Materials at all Municipal Facilities.
Recyclables. 1. CLEAR TRASH LINERS ARE USED FOR ALL AREAS.
Recyclables. The term recyclables shall mean materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling, including paper, glass, plastic, metals, textiles, automobile oil, and batteries. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material (Ref. Ord. 1000, 03/11/03).
