Recurring Fees. After we approve your Application, we will begin assessing any applicable monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and/or other recurring charges. In the event this Agreement expires or terminates for any reason, any monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or recurring charges, as applicable, will not be prorated or refunded.
